The Opportunity
Step into an exciting leadership role as Plant Manager, where you’ll oversee daily operations and drive improvements for Express Asphalt within our Mid Essex Site. This permanent role offers the chance to develop production strategies, enhance processes, and lead a team dedicated to delivering exceptional results. Here’s why this opportunity stands out:
Take ownership of the plant’s daily operations, ensuring they run smoothly to exceed customer expectations and meet production targets.
Identify opportunities to improve production efficiency, reduce costs, and maintain the highest quality standards.
Oversee the timely and safe delivery of all products, ensuring that every aspect of the operation aligns with company policies.
Build and nurture a collaborative team environment, recruiting talented individuals, fostering their development, and maintaining high morale.
Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations by conducting regular risk assessments, implementing corrective measures, and maintaining strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards.
