Job Description

Are you an experienced Registered Care Home Manager looking to make a meaningful impact? We are seeking a dedicated professional to join a Local Housing Association on a contract basis to help turn around and improve services in their care homes.

Key Responsibilities

Manage teams effectively to improve care quality and operational standards.
Turn around underperforming services and restore high standards of care and compliance.
Manage the demands of a big care home environment effectively.Candidate Requirements

Essential: Proven success as a Care Home Manager, ideally in large care homes.
Experience with Challenging Services: Demonstrated ability to improve failing services.
Experience with Learning Disabilities services preferred.
Older Persons' care experience considered an asset.
Leadership Skills: Strong management and team-building capabilities at a senior level.When you join us, you will receive:
