Site Manager

Site Manager required, North Wales, New Year start

Our Client
Hays is working with an established refurbishment and commercial build contractor in the North West who are currently on the lookout for a reliable and driven Site Manager to help oversee refurbishment projects in North Wales area after the New Year period. The refurbishments will be on several NHS facilities, so we are looking for Site Managers well versed in NHS fitouts and working in live environments.
Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensuring all RAMS and H&S are adhered to on site
• Overseeing various subcontractors on site
• Ensuring all work is up to rigorous standards
• Liasing with both Client and Contractor

What you will have:

• Extensive experience in live environments is essential
• Experience in refurbishments, particularly within the public sector
• SMSTS and CSCS
• Good communication skills to liaise with occupants
• UK based Contractor experience

What we offer:

• Work in the North Wales area
  
• December/ January start
• Day rate of £250 - £300 DoE
