As an Electrical Project Engineer, you'll be a key player in the success of our client’s utility-scale wind farm projects. You’ll provide both leadership and technical expertise to ensure seamless Balance of Plant (BOP) design and Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) integration, working closely with project stakeholders and overseeing all aspects of project execution.

A proactive, business-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently
Physically fit, with the ability to pass a medical assessment to meet the physical demands of the role
What will your role look like?
Act as the “single point of contact” for all electrical issues on wind farm projects, coordinating with Project Management, Local Operations, Engineers, and Customers
Collaborate with specialists across regions to conduct and review Grid Code compliance studies and testing
Provide technical support to our Sales and Tendering teams
Define and oversee HV electrical equipment specifications, SCADA systems, and factory acceptance tests
Develop signal lists and control philosophies for SCADA, and approve detailed SCADA documentation such as network designs and performance specs
Manage HV contractor scope, and coordinate the energisation process, including the approval of switching procedures
Oversee all project-related signal testing, dispatch testing, and Grid Code compliance, with opportunities to lead compliance testing
What can you expect in return?
Impactful Work: You’ll play a vital role in advancing renewable energy projects and have a tangible impact on green energy infrastructure
Collaborative Environment: Work alongside talented specialists dedicated to innovation and sustainability
Growth Opportunities: With regular travel, exposure to various projects, and collaboration with an expert team, this role offers continual learning and career growth
