Project Manager (Civil Engineering)
The Strategic Delivery Manager will take ownership of a portfolio of structural inspection and testing schemes within the railway sector.
This fast-paced environment demands a dynamic individual who can balance technical project delivery with team development and financial management.
Project Manager Requires:
* - Proven experience in managing civil engineering or railway sector projects
* - The ability to lead on budget management and financial control across multiple projects
* - An analytical mindset with strong capabilities in asset lifecycle management
* - Exemplary communication skills, ensuring effective stakeholder management at all levels
* - Strong leadership abilities to develop and mentor graduates and team members
* - Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
* - Comprehensive understanding of safety procedures and risk management
Project Manager Key Responsibilities:
* - Development of project timelines and resource allocation
* - Management of project budgets and financial controls
* - Leadership and mentoring of engineering teams
* - Client relationship management and communication
* - Quality assurance of inspection and testing reports
* - Safety management and compliance
* - Subcontractor supervision and management
* - Equipment and asset condition monitoring
Project Manager Benefits Package:
