Job Description
Do you have experience of designing engineered timber products?
Are you based within a commutable distance of West Yorkshire?
Do you have an ability to present your designs to a prospect and get them to sign on the dotted line?
Would you like to work with a leading manufacturer of engineered timber solutions (timber buildings, roof trusses etc)?
If the answers to the above are yes, we have partnered with one of the leading manufacturers of timber-framed buildings, roof trusses, I-Beam and metal web joists in the North of England. Based from West Yorkshire, they offer a high quality and reliable supply of engineered timber products in quick time to customers across Yorkshire, Midlands, Lancashire, and Scottish Borders.
What you need....
MiTek PAMIR experience (Preferrable but not essential)
Experience in the design of engineered timber products
Sales experience hugely beneficial
Ability to work as part of a team
High quality standards and pride in your work
Confidence in yourself to turn your designed solutions into sales.
What you get in return...
Competitive salary fully dependent upon your experience in the £35-45k range
% commission scheme from GP of any sales made
Car allowance
Company Share scheme after 12 months service including annual payout bonus
Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Sales/Designer. The role involves tasks such as communicating with customers, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, and specialising in the design of roof trusses, I beams and Posi-Joists. While the role is based in Halifax, there is flexibility for some remote work.
Responsibilities
Producing technical, manufacturing and installation drawings
Engaging with customers
Working as a team to achieve group and individual targets
