Support Worker
LOCATION: Bristol
HOURS: 22.5 hours
SALARY: £14.46 PAYE
DURATION: Temp 2-3 Months
START DATE: ASAP

Experience in a support worker role or a similar capacity, demonstrating empathy and resilience.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Proven problem-solving capabilities and adaptability in diverse situations.
Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment for all individuals. Preferred Qualifications:

Relevant certifications in support work or social care.
Experience working in community-oriented roles or with vulnerable populations.
An understanding of the legal and ethical issues surrounding support work.
