You will be working for a Housing Association that has a stock located in central Cumbria
Your new role
As a Property Officer you will work as part of the Asset Team. Within this role you will manage and deliver investment projects, provide technical expertise, and support the management and life cycle of the HA's Assets.
You will have experience of working within a similar industry along with specific knowledge of the construction industry, building techniques and materials, managing contractors and health and safety legislation.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working on capital projects and will be working closely with the Asset Manager and wider property team including Repairs Maintenance and Compliance. You will have day to day responsibility for capital projects such as replacement of kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, doors and windows.What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working in a social housing setting as part of the construction/ property team

37 hours per week

28 days holiday plus bank holidays
