* You must have prior experience leading a team of engineers and be capable of motivating colleagues to work together in delivering effective vehicle maintenance.
* Flexibility is essential.
* You should be able to work independently under pressure, showing initiative and adaptability.
* You must need to have IRTE or hold another relevant professional qualification.
