The Company
Join a market-leading consultancy as a Sales Executive.
The company supply consultancy and inspection services for buildings, helping businesses and owners to ensure that their premises are energy efficient and meet regulatory requirements.
Working in a friendly and supportive office environment, the Sales Executive will work in collaboration with colleagues to research and contact prospects, send and follow up on quotations, generate new business and manage customer relationships.

* Full-time, permanent contract
* Competitive salary £26,000 – £30,000 DOE

The Job
* Proactively identify and research prospective customers
* Build and progress a pipeline of new business opportunities
* Maintain regular and systematic contact with prospects
* Establish and understand customer requirements
* Nurture opportunities through telephone activity, video calls and in-person meetings
* Create, send and follow up on quotations
* Negotiate contracts, close sales and manage renewals
* Work closely with colleagues to onboard customers
* Build strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business
* Manage prospects and customers effectively, delivering excellent customer service
* Maintain high levels of activity and performance, achieving agreed targets
* Report on sales activity and performance
What You’ll Need
* Experience working in a sales environment
* Strong communication, rapport and relationship building skills
* Skilled negotiator who can overcome customer objections
* Ability to organise, manage and prioritise workload effectively
* Self-motivated, resilient and driven to succeed
* Computer literate – knowledge of MS Office
