Senior Site Manager (No.1) - 260 Traditional Unit Scheme

£80,000 per annum + Benefits Package
We are currently recruiting an experienced Senior Site Manager to oversee a prestigious 260 traditional unit development as the No.1 Site Manager. This exciting opportunity is with a well-established and highly regarded developer, known for delivering high-quality residential projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the project runs smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
Lead a team of site staff, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver the project on time and within budget.
Oversee and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality control, and site procedures.
Liaise with the client, consultants, and other stakeholders to provide regular progress updates and resolve any issues promptly.
Manage site logistics, resource allocation, and work sequencing.
Ensure the development maintains excellent safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Essential Experience & Qualifications:
Strong background in traditional build methods and managing large developments.
Extensive experience working as the lead site manager (No.1) on multi-phase projects.
Excellent understanding of health, safety, and quality management practices.
SMSTS, First Aid, and CSCS card are essential.
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
