Job Description: Project Manager – Retail Construction Specialist (South West)
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum
Location: South West England

About the Role:
Our client, a leading construction company specializing in retail projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager. This role involves overseeing construction and refurbishment projects within the retail sector, ensuring they are delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, focusing on retail builds and refurbishments.
* Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, ensuring targets are consistently met.
* Conduct regular site visits to oversee quality control, health and safety, and adherence to project specifications.
* Manage and resolve any issues or risks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
* Proven Experience: A solid background in managing construction projects within the retail sector is essential.
* Qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) and First Aid certifications are mandatory.
* Desirable Accreditations: CSCS card, NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management, or equivalent.
* Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
* Willingness to travel across the South West region as required.
