About the Role:
As part of their expansion, our client is seeking an intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their Bracknell branch, responsible for the "regions" area, covering the south of England, up to Cambridgeshire, and South Wales (excluding London). This is a full-time position based in their impressive office.

The salary for this role ranges from £65,000 to £75,000 per annum, with an additional £5,000 travel allowance. You will be provided with a company phone, iPad, and laptop. Requirements:
To excel in this role, our client seeks a highly motivated Quantity Surveyor with a degree qualification and 4 to 5 years of industry experience. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for various key tasks, including comprehending the full scope of work and package breakdown, overseeing financial operations, monitoring resources and costs on-site, supporting contract administration, managing variations, providing project cashflow forecasts, preparing final accounts, and ensuring the completion of Collateral Warranties. Attention to detail and strong financial acumen are essential for success in this role. The ideal candidate will also be happy to travel to roles across the south of England should it be required
