Corporate Solicitor

I am working on an exciting opportunity for a corporate solicitor to join a highly regarded boutique practice based in Sutton Coldfield. My client are looking for a junior corporate solicitor who is looking for a chance to take on a more complex and challenging caseload than most have access to when they are still within the first few years of qualifying.



The successful candidate will be hard working, organised, and keen to develop and learn from the experienced team.



A typical caseload includes:

• Sale and purchase of businesses


• Share and asset purchases


• Shareholder and partnership agreements


• Share reorganisations


• Terms and Conditions


• Range of commercial and employment contracts

This is an opportunity to take on responsibility over a varied caseload, and an excellent chance to develop quickly in an area of law often charged with not giving employees quick enough exposure to a full range of work.



Salary: £48000 - £55000
