Ready for a new opportunity to join a regional principal contractor with a long-standing history delivering diverse projects across education, commercial, heritage and leisure sectors, we have a role for you!
About the role of Project Manager
We are working with a well-established Principal Contractor who pride themselves on quality, innovation and social awareness. We are looking for a talented Project Manager to join their team to successfully deliver a £15m school project.
Responsibilities for Project Manager
Develop the project programme and schedules ensuring milestones are achieved
Act as the primary point of contact for the client and senior management
Monitor project budgets and costs
Oversee and manage the site team, ensuring strict adherence to H&S
Conduct regular progress reviews, manage risks and resolving issues
Requirements for Project Manager
Proven track record as a Project Manager successfully delivering D&B projects up to £20m
CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, contracts and industry standards
Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Strong ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected Principal contractor who have a strong pipeline of work for 2025.
