About the role of Senior Site Manager
We are working with a Principal Contractor who pride themselves on quality, innovation and social awareness. We are looking for a talented Senior Site Manager to join their team to oversee an £15m school project.
Responsibilities for Senior Site Manager
Ensuring that requirements, as specified by the client and senior management are met
Implementing detailed site plans to ensure successful delivery of the project
Coordinating with the project manager to align activities with goals
Ensuring strict adherence to H&S safety regulations
Conducting regular site inspections
Monitor project budgets and costs and progress
Preparing and submitting reports
Requirements for Senior Site Manager
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects up to £20m
CSCS, SMSTS and 1st aid
Strong understanding of H&S regulations
Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and strong commercial awareness
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected Principal contractor who have a strong pipeline of work for 2025.
