Supporter Care and Systems Fundraiser

Percival are excited to be working exclusively with Go Beyond to help them recruit for a new Supporter Care and Systems Fundraiser to join their amazing team.

Go Beyond are a small charity that makes a huge difference to the lives of children and young people who never get a holiday. Over the last 30 Years, 20,000 children aged 8 to 13, from across the country have spent a brilliant week at their centres in Cornwall and Derbyshire. They make new friends and learn new skills. They toast marshmallows by the fireside, they go orienteering and climbing. And when the week’s over, they go home, having made memories that last a lifetime.

Job Title: Supporter Care and Systems Fundraiser

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per annum

Based: Hybrid, Devon area

This is a key role at the frontline of Donor Support, looking after the Go Beyond database and supporters. This role will help engage with donors through database management and donor mapping help take them on their fundraising journey with Go Beyond.

The successful candidate will act as the first point of contact for donors and supporters, answering queries via phone, email, post or in person. Providing excellent service to maintain and build strong relationships with Go Beyond's supporters.
