We are seeking a Global Process Owner for Record to Report at a time of significant transformation for the business. In this pivotal position, you’ll provide ownership, leadership and in-depth knowledge of the Record to Report process. Collaborating with the Executive Team, Finance Leadership and Technology teams, establish a strategic vision for the Record to Report process, focusing on standardization, automation, and continuous improvement across all regions that is aligned with our global digital strategy and evolving business needs. Key activities will also include:

• Own and lead the global business improvement strategy for the end-to-end Record to Report process across all regions, via the creation, ownership, and implementation of the R2R (Process & Technology) vision and roadmap
• Drive standardisation agenda through delivering and embedding standard process, policies technologies
• Improve confidence and reliability of numbers through driving better information structure, processes, policies and ways of working.
• Improve Record to Report efficiency, productivity, and drive cost savings & Non-Cash Working Capital opportunities through process improvements
• Use detailed in-depth knowledge of the full end-to-end global process, approved exceptions to consult and strategic / tactical direction for the business globally
• Manage and facilitate Community of Practice forums and be the single point of contact for all Super Users and communities of practice

We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Global Process Owner with extensive SAP R2R and exceptional cross-cultural awareness, effective communication, and influencing/negotiation skills. Proven experience in managing complex projects across multiple business workstreams is important along with an ability to adapt to the changing business priorities.
