A Glimpse into the Role awaiting you
**
* £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
* The Contract Manager has overall responsibility for the delivery of high quality and efficient grounds maintenance services in the North West
* Responsibility for all operational and financial aspects relating to the contract including health and safety, training, development and succession planning.
* Responsible for meeting budgetary targets and objectives
* Responsibility for ensuring full compliance and effective use of all company systems and processes
* Analyse performance using Glendale Live and other systems as required to manage and modify the service accordingly
* Manage all assets to maximise productivity and minimise downtime, ensuring they are secure and well maintained for safe use
* Maintain compliance with the company's ISO quality and environmental standards
