I am actively seeking an experienced Associate Engineer to join a busy, successful Civil and Structural Engineering consultancy based in Nottinghamshire. You will assist in managing one of their busiest civil and structural teams where you will have the opportunity to be a part of their growing division, taking part in industrial/manufacturing facilities, where you will work from land acquisition stage, all the way through planning, tender and construction (detailed design) stages.
It is essential for the candidate to have a professional and commercial viewpoint through having the following:
A relevant first-class degree. E.g., MEng in Structural Engineering
To be a Chartered Engineer and Member of either Institution of Civil Engineers or Institution of Structural Engineers
Actively seek new business opportunities as well as maintaining existing client base
Experience with design in multiple materials and analysis and design of varied building forms.Duties and responsibilities for this Associate Engineer include:
The candidate will be leading a mixed civil/structural engineering team. Preferably they will be competent in either field.
The role would be to support a current Director.
Demonstrating your experience and providing technical guidance
Ensure client satisfaction at all stages of the design processSalary and benefits:
