What you will be doing

As an IT Infrastructure Manager, you will lead a team of skilled technical professionals in delivering seamless, reliable, and secure IT services. Your focus will be on managing and optimizing infrastructure across key Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Azure, Office 365, Active Directory, and networking for connectivity. you will ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems, drive continuous improvements, and implement best practices for service delivery. By fostering collaboration and aligning our efforts with business objectives, you'll ensure that our IT infrastructure supports operational efficiency, scalability, and future growth.

We need you to have

• Experience working with an infrastructure team and environment
• ITIL Methodology knowledge
• Local to Birkenhead to commute on a hybrid model
• Experience growing a culture with new hires and existing employees
