Job Description
We are working with the Chef Manager at a Contract Catering site ahead of a business Christmas period.
The position is focused around the service of their staff canteen. A chef de partie (or more senior) competent on mise-en-place and management of a section would best suit this role.
The food is produced fresh and working towards a good quality standard. The successful candidate could expect continued temp work within office hours.
Expected:2 years minimum experience at CDP or Sous.Proficiency in the English language.Food Hygiene and Allergen training up to date with the FSA current guidelines.Attention to cleanlinessPrecision focused cooking.
Preferred:Experience at Contract Catering.NVQ level 2 Diploma training in the culinary field (or higher)
