The Role

As a Design Manager, you will oversee the design aspects of 2-3 sites simultaneously, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing design teams, including architects and subcontractors.
• Collaborating with project managers to ensure seamless programme delivery.
• Monitoring and coordinating all design stages from concept through to completion.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, specifications, and project objectives.
• Resolving design-related issues efficiently, maintaining project momentum.

• A proven track record as a Design Manager, preferably within the construction sector.
• Experience managing multiple sites and stakeholders.
