Residential Conveyancer/Solicitor/Executive – Lincoln

Oculus Legal Group, in close partnership with an established Legal 500 practice, is excited to be assisting with the appointment of a Solicitor, Conveyancer, or Legal Executive into their Residential Conveyancing team in Lincoln.

Role Responsibilities

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be part of a dynamic team handling a wide spectrum of Property matters, including:

• Picking up and developing a full caseload of Residential Conveyancing;
• Proven ability to generate work and convert quotations;
• Preparing and undertaking necessary searches;
• Client liaison;
• Ensuring that Estate Agents are regularly updated and work to build good relations with local agents;
• Production of standard contract documentation;
• Dealing with all enquiries;
• Dealing with exchange, completion and post completion related correspondence and formalities (this will include Stamp Duty Land Tax, Companies House and ensuring that all balances are clear before the file is closed.

Person Specification

I am keen to speak with professionals with demonstrable experience in Residential Conveyancing. The ideal candidate will possess:

• Good understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process;
• Experienced conveyancer with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing;
• Excellent business development skills;
