Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer

Are you an experienced Mechanical Engineer with a passion for designing, implementing, and optimizing building services? We're looking for a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to lead our clients projects and drive innovative solutions in building systems design. They are an award-winning Building Services and Sustainability engineering consultancy working on interesting projects across their sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and delivery of mechanical systems for complex building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and project teams.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients to deliver high-performance, energy-efficient systems.

Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Proven experience (5+ years) in mechanical building services design and project management.
• In-depth knowledge of building systems, energy efficiency strategies, and sustainability practices.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and client management abilities.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, or similar).
