DevOps Engineer, GitOps, Azure, Cloud tech - £45k-£60k - Hybrid working - 2 days per week in office based in Oxford.
We are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to join a leading provider of technical consultancy and data strategy services to clients in the Public and Private sectors, Government and Healthcare industries. Specialising in helping their clients transform their operations and gain a competitive edge through the strategic use of technology.
About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join an expanding team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing DevOps pipelines using Azure, GITOPS, and CI/CD methodologies. The DevOps Engineer will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions that meet their needs.
Responsibilities
Design, implement, and manage DevOps pipelines using Azure, GITOPS, and CI/CD methodologies
Work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
Participate in project planning and management activities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
Provide technical guidance and support to clients and team members
Maintain a high level of knowledge about DevOps best practices and emerging trends
Support transformation projects that involve the adoption of new technologies and processesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer with a proven track record of delivering successful projects
Experience with Azure, GITOPS, and CI/CD methodologies
Strong understanding of DevOps best practices and emerging trends
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
