Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced Site Manager to work on a high end domestic property in Rochester
The site manager will be responsible for managing the entire project, working with a Senior Project Manager and Contract Manager in delivering a high end cut and carve domestic project
Duties -
* Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met
* Ensuring good health and safety standards are maintained and maintaining associated documents
* Regularly reviewing drawings and scope of works, ensuring what is being built is correct
* Regularly reviewing progress against the programme of works
* Liaising with the client, consultant and other construction professionals
* Coordinating and supervising construction workers
* Selecting tools and materials
* Preparing site reports, designs and drawings
* Maintaining quality control procedures
* Finding ways to prevent problems from happening and to solve any that crop up
* Assessing and minimising risk
Requirements -
* Must have previous experience of site management within a high end domestic environment
*
NVQ 6 or 7 in Construction Management.

CSCS Black Card
*
SMSTS
*
First Aid
*
Experience of refurbishment work beneficial
*
Experience of working within disabled properties / adaptations also beneficial
This role is working Monday to Friday with some overtime available
