Role: Temporary to Permanent Bookkeeper
Location: Farnham, Surrey
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm (no weekends)

Job Overview:
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Bookkeeper with strong proficiency in Xero, which is essential for this role. You will manage the company’s day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all bookkeeping tasks. This role is pivotal in supporting the company's financial operations and helping to maintain a smooth workflow.
Responsibilities:
Process day-to-day transactions including accounts payable and receivable
Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements in Xero
Maintain an accurate record of all financial transactions
Support month-end and year-end close processes
Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and other necessary paperwork
Assist with financial reports and statements as required
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulationsRequirements:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience, with a strong focus on Xero
Software: Proficiency in Xero is mandatory
Skills: Excellent attention to detail, time-management skills, and accuracy
Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a close-knit team and independently
Location: Ideally based near Farnham, Surrey, with reliable transportationBenefits:
