CS Construction Staffing
Construction Manager
Job Location
Warrington, United Kingdom
Job Description
CS Construction Staffing are working closely with a reputable fit-out and refurbishment contractor, based in Warrington, to source a Construction Manager.
For all that Warrington will be their base, you'll be required to travel to sites across the country, as required, and there will be times when you will need to stay overnight.
The work will be largely, but not exclusively, based across England – but not impossible that, if they’re dealing with a client who has a job in Scotland or if the Scotland team need a hand, you may need to travel north of the border.
As Construction Manager, you will act as the interface between the Regional Operations Manager and the site based team, and will oversee all site operations.
Ideally, they are looking for someone who has previously worked in fast paced fitout environments.
Not all projects will be live environments but a lot of them will, so the Construction Manager will be a presentable individual, who is comfortable and able to liaise with the client and the general public.
The client relations aspect of this role is arguably the most important, and a strong general contracting background would be very beneficial.
A lot of the projects are fit-out and refurbishment, however, they wouldn’t be averse to someone with a technical or professional background, rather than someone who has come up through a trades route.
If this sounds like the role for you, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV!
