About the Role:

We’re hiring a Business Manager for a leading Water Hygiene and Asbestos Compliance company based near Tamworth. In this 6-month fixed-term contract, you’ll oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, compliant services to our clients. You’ll manage and support a team of specialists, drive process improvements, and ensure all compliance standards are met while working closely with both clients and internal teams to maintain service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations, ensuring compliance with industry standards for water hygiene and asbestos.
• Lead a dedicated team, offering guidance, performance management, and support.
• Drive operational efficiencies and develop best practices across all service offerings.
• Engage with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery and address any service improvements.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on contract performance and client satisfaction.

About You:

• Proven experience in business management within a compliance-focused industry, preferably in water hygiene or asbestos.
• Strong leadership skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Knowledge of relevant compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities to work across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
