Senior Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a major cut and carve project in Central London. This project is valued at over £100Mil and is a technically complex project. This a key client for the contractor, who they have a well-established relationship with. This is a fixed-price, fixed-programme design and build project that requires a well-versed SPM to run a tight ship and is comfortable in a high pressure environment. This is for a market-leading main contractor.

Requirements:

• Proven track record delivering major projects (£80mil) from start to finish
• Up to date SMSTS and CSCS
• Ability to work well within a team
• Strong client interface skills
• A engineering background is preferred but not essential
