About The Role

We are seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to spearhead the company’s growth strategy and help us expand our client portfolio in the civil engineering and infrastructure sectors. Reporting to the directors, this key leadership role will involve forging strong relationships with potential clients and identifying new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, within the construction or civil engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of the civil engineering and infrastructure markets.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills and a robust professional network.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at a senior level.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen and commercial awareness.
