Job Title: Site Manager - Student Accommodation (£40M Project)
Location: North London (near Tottenham Hotspur Stadium)
Salary: Up to 72K + Pension, Holiday, Healthcare, Travel
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Start Date: September

As they continue to grow, they are looking for a dedicated Site Manager to join their team for an exciting new project.
The Project: They are embarking on a prestigious £40M student accommodation project in North London. The development will feature a 7-storey reinforced concrete (RC) frame structure with a brick façade. The site presents a significant logistical challenge, being located in a tight space just 100 meters from the new Tottenham Hotspur stadium. This high-profile project is scheduled to run for 2 years, starting on-site at the end of September.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee and manage all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate and supervise all aspects of the construction, including piling, groundworks, RC frame, and façade.
* Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
* Manage site logistics in a confined space, ensuring smooth operations and minimizing disruptions.
* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain clear communication and address any issues promptly.
* Monitor project progress, report on milestones, and adjust strategies as necessary to keep the project on track.
* Lead and motivate the site team, fostering a collaborative and positive working environment.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally with a Tier1 or 2 or similar main contractor.
* Extensive experience in managing large-scale RC frame projects, including piling, groundworks, and façade construction.
* Strong understanding of construction processes, logistics, and health & safety requirements.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams effectively in challenging environments.
* Ability to work under pressure and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications are essential.
