This role, is working with the operations and engineering teams, and will contribute to the product delivery of our encryption products.
As part of an agile team there is opportunity to grow your current electronics test experience and widen your capability across multiple products that are designed and developed in house.
What will you do, day to day?
This employee is responsible for the testing of our products and supporting the operations team with the build processes.
Operate test equipment/ ESS chambers/Lazer etching and other manufacturing support equipment
Ensuring equipment is calibrated and mainatained in accordance with schedules
Diagnostics and reporting of failed or returned products
Documentation of work and test instructions
Goods inspection of manufactured assemblies, inclusive of First Artical Inspection Reports (FAIR)
Liasing with the prodcution/operations teams to ensure ON TIME deliveries
Liasing with the engineering teams to ensure Right First Time (RFT) and excellent delivered quality
Adhering to and continually improving on site security and health and satefy working environment
Offering feedback and improvement opportunties for test solutionsWhat experience are they looking for?
Experience and knowledge in an electronics test environment
Eligibility to gain SC clearance
Knowledge/experience of mechanical assembly of electronics
Knowledge/experience of fault finding and investigation of electronic assemblies
Experience completing as built records and record keeping
Knowledge of IPC, ISO/AS quality working environments (IPC 610, AS 9100, ISO 9001)
You'll be able to thrive in this role through your eye for detail, great communication and time management skills. Which would allow you to collaborate with a number internal and external customers, colleagues and subcontractors.
You also have the opportunity to be use your own initiative in tackling tasks and commit to delivering detailed and clean work on the projects.
