Job Title: Construction Lawyer (In-house)

Salary: Up to £90K + Car Allowance + Bonus (Because who doesn’t love a little extra?!)

Location: West Midlands

PQE: 3+ years (We want your experience, not your age )

Okay, listen up – we’ve got a construction lawyer role that’s . We’re looking for someone with the skills to join a growing team, make a real impact, and flex those legal muscles on some epic projects. You’ll be at the heart of a small but mighty team, helping the biz navigate legal stuff while keeping everything risk-free (because, let’s face it, no one likes drama).

What you’ll be doing:

‍♂️ Building bridges (in a legal way) with stakeholders on construction projects

Reviewing tenders – from framework agreements to contracts and warranties (yep, you’ll be the contract guru)

Negotiating terms with the supply chain like a pro

⚖️ Giving early advice on disputes and staying ahead of the curve

Helping the rest of the legal squad on big strategic projects

You should be:

✔️ A qualified solicitor with 3+ years’ PQE (you’ve been around the block, but still hungry for more)

✔️ A construction law pro who knows their stuff

✔️ Someone who’s comfy drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (public, private, you name it)
