Job Description
My client is looking for an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their upcoming £30M project in Kent.
Ideally, you’ll have worked on Educational, Healthcare, Leisure or Defence schemes, between £5 and £30 million and hold CITB 5 day. Candidates will need a valid SMSTS along with a valid CSCS managers safety accreditation, plus full First Aid & Temporary Works competency.
You’ll manage the site, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures and standards using specified drawings and instructions, within budget and on programme in support of their Perfect Delivery philosophy. Supervising all direct labour as necessary, you’ll coordinate the activities of trades and subcontractors involved on site to ensure all operations are performed efficiently and in accordance with the construction programme.
£75,000 + Competitive benefits package
