Job Description
My client is a leading regional contractor with a specialist fire protection division.They offer fire stopping, surveying and technical advice to a wide ranging portfolio of contracts across the UK.
They have been through a growth curve recently which has seen a large upturn in new long term contracts. Due to this, they're looking to employ an office based projects manager to be based from Leeds and oversee a range of projects and ensure they are fully programmed and keeping to schedule.
You will be overseeing circa £2 million worth of works across a range of passive fire projects ranging in value. Each project will have a technical site manager assigned to the site. They are signed up to a range of frameworks, and have a good pipeline of works planned for the next calendar year.
You will be able to take a project from sign off to final sign off, will have good commercial awareness of project spend, be confident in planning / programming works and deal with daily client liaison.
