£45,000 - £47,000
Our client is on the search for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their team on a flagship site in the heart of London. You will join the fastest growing building service providers in the UK who are well renowned for progressing their engineers with additional training and career development. You will be working on a commercial property by Liverpool Street Station, following a fixed Monday - Friday pattern, (8AM -5PM)
The company is a well established maintenance provider who likes to progress their engineers career with all the opportunities of training and development. This is a great opportunity to work on a site which is part of a large and prestigious commercial estate, being a flagship contract for the company.
Duties:
PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
AHUs
FCUs
Pumps - Bearings, Mechanical Seals
Sprinkler Systems
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Tap Temperatures
Chilled Water Systems
Plumbing
Generators
Pressurisation units
BMS Operation
Requirements:
Mechanically qualified to City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ (or equivalent)
Apprentice trained - desirable
Building Services Maintenance experience
Very Client facing Package:
£45,000 - £47,000 per annum
Monday to Friday 8 -5
25 days holiday
Pension package
