Location: Spalding
Salary Scale: £85 - £100 per day, depending on experience

Teaching Assistant Role:
As part of a dynamic and supportive team, the successful candidate will focus on ensuring each student receives quality support tailored to their needs.
The successful candidate will:
Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
Support students with varying educational needs, including SEN.
Implement strategies to improve students’ academic and social skills.
Adapt resources and activities to support individual learning.
Create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
