Job Title: Painter & Decorator
Job Type: Long-term Contract Work
Location: Peterborough & surrounding areas
Start Date: Immediate start
Rate: £145/day CIS or £145/Day Umbrella (must have own van & tools)
Company, Project & benefits of a Painter & Decorator:
Our client, a subcontractor who deliver high quality services to clients in the social housing and local authority sector are seeking a Painter & Decorator to join their maintenance team on a long-term ongoing basis. The works are on voids properties and are a mixture of internal and external works.
Working hours are 8am -5pm Monday to Friday. 30 minutes lunch.
Desirable Experience of a Painter & Decorator:
Must have good skills in a variety of trades such as general painting, decorating mainly kitchen and bathroom areas.
Qualifications & Skills of a Painter & Decorator:
Minimum of 2 years professional painting experience
Have own tools (brushes & whites) and transport
Experience of facilities or housing maintenance
Full driving licence & van/car required
