Job Description

This Interior Design Consultancy has a long-standing reputation for excellence specialising in designing and installing interiors for Show Homes, Boutique Hotels, Marketing Suites and Private Clients.

Their portfolio has been steadily growing in scale and scope and they now deliver interior projects to an extensive client list. They have a team of talented in-house professionals which includes designers, soft furnishers, stylists, picture framers and fitters.

Their success hinges on their ability to foster new business opportunities and nurture exceptional relationships with their established clients. It is to this arm of the business that they are currently seeking a Head of Business Development.

Leading a team of three Business Development Managers and a Marketing Specialist, this role also plays a major part in the Senior Management Team, which decides policy, strategy and budgets. In addition, the role involves working in close collaboration with the interior design team on projects for your own accounts.

Skills and experience sought for the Head of Business Development role:

* Experience in managing sales and sales staff for a project-based business

* Knowledge gained from the interiors marketplace

* Imaginative and effective in creative marketing campaigns

* Good with the written word, including drafting contracts

* Intelligent, strategic and analytical thinker

Monday and Fridays will be office based with flexibility to work 1 day a week from home.
