About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Science Teacher to join one of our partner secondary school in Doncaster. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire and engage students in the sciences, fostering a lifelong curiosity and enthusiasm for learning. The successful candidate will teach Science across Key Stages 3 and 4, with opportunities to teach at Key Stage 5 depending on experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across the science curriculum, meeting the needs of diverse learners.
Create an engaging, supportive classroom environment that encourages all students to reach their potential.
Use data effectively to monitor progress, plan interventions, and support individual learning needs.
Contribute to curriculum development and work collaboratively with the Science Department to enhance our students' learning experiences.
Promote an enthusiasm for science, including leading extracurricular opportunities and participating in school-wide events.About You:
We are looking for an innovative Science Teacher who demonstrates:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in Science or a related field.
Proven experience in teaching Science at the secondary level.
Strong subject knowledge across the sciences, with a particular passion for Biology, Chemistry, or Physics.
Commitment to high expectations and ongoing professional development.
