Job Description
Salary: £45,000 per annum DOE
Working hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday

Role Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities / Deliverables:
* Advise on Continuous Improvement Plan opportunities for the contract.
* Ensure work meets relevant British Standards, site-specific rules, and procedures.
* Support Health & Safety training on-site, ensuring quality and relevance of training modules.
* Conduct random safety tours to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
* Assist with statutory permit issuers as needed to meet contract requirements.
* Provide support at other contract sites as required by the manager.
* Take action to correct any shortfalls identified during audits or reported by clients.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure contract progress and avoid stagnation.
Candidate Profile:
Person Specification:
* Knowledge of health and safety in a construction and facilities management environment.
* NEBOSH Certificate required, or working towards it considered.
* Experience working in a pharmaceutical environment is an advantage.
* Experience with permit to work systems.
* Proven experience in a client-facing role with a focus on managing and ensuring compliance with client processes and procedures
