Job Title: Site Manager
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £60k plus package

Invision Recruitment are working with a leading construction firm dedicated to delivering high-quality projects with a focus on safety, sustainability, and innovation. This contractor has a strong pipeline of projects that span across Refurbishment, New Build, Aids & Adaptions and Repairs and Maintenance.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in cladding and fire safety to oversee a refurbishment scheme. The successful candidate should have a strong background in social housing refurbishment and has managed similar works for established contractors. Site Managers are required to ensure that all site activities comply with health and safety regulations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Completing inspections of the existing cladding system, fire safety measures and building conditions.
* Ensure Risk Assessment is completed e.g. identifying potential fire hazards and risks related to the existing cladding and insulation systems.
* Demonstrate knowledge of building regulations and fire safety regulations.
* Carry out various fire compartmentation works.
* Ensure appropriate insulation is used and installed correctly.
* Complete post installation expectation on all fire safety and cladding works completed.
* Communicate effectively with tenants in relation to the scope of works being completed, predicted deadlines etc.
* Manage day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety measures.
* Implement and enforce health and safety policies, ensuring all site personnel are trained and compliant.
* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily reports, incident reports, and progress updates.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and team members.
* Lead and motivate site teams, fostering a culture of safety and quality.
Required:
* Strong project history related to Social Housing Refurbishment schemes.
* Experience managing refurbishment schemes related to fire safety and cladding renewal.
* Longevity with current or recent employers.
* Valid tickets,
* In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
