Role Summary:
We’re seeking a skilled Cabin Fitter to join our team, focusing on the assembly, installation, and maintenance of modular cabins built in our factory and set up on-site. This role requires a hands-on approach and attention to detail, making it ideal for candidates with experience in modular or prefabricated construction. Those with a background in traditional construction and a willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble and install cabin structures, interiors, and fixtures, ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
Perform on-site assembly, maintenance, and repair work as required.
Review and follow technical drawings and blueprints to complete precise installations.
Inspect units during assembly for quality control and resolve any issues to meet project timelines and standards.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in cabin fitting, modular construction, or related carpentry/installation work.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documentation.
Attention to Detail: High accuracy in fitting components to maintain quality and finish standards.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Able to diagnose and resolve fitting issues quickly and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Excellent communication and teamwork skills for coordinating with other crew members and departments.
