About the Role:
Nter Talent is proud to support our client, a leading multinational company operating across 19 countries on five continents, in their search for a Sales Advisor to join their team in Shrewsbury. Our client specializes in delivering top-tier business services, with a strong focus on the logistics industry. As a Sales Advisor, you will be instrumental in driving the upselling of their services, helping clients enhance their operations and achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with existing clients within the logistics sector upselling products, so no cold calling is required.
Provide tailored recommendations and upsell business services.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall growth. What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in sales or a customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand client needs and present customized solutions.
A proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented mindset.
Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
