Sales Administrator

Sales Support Administrator

Salary: £28-£35k (dependent on experience)
Location: Office-based with the option to work from home after probation
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

Salesforce Expertise:Develop and maintain reports and dashboardsEnsure compliance with record-keeping standardsSales Team Support:Enter notes into SalesforceGenerate quotes and proposalsCreate and manage opportunities in Salesforce, including renewalsCollaborate with suppliers to obtain pricing for quotesRegister deals with vendorsArrange travel and accommodation for meetings and eventsCustomer and Vendor Communication:Liaise with key customers regarding eventsHandle smaller renewals for tier 3 customersComplete vendor-specific training for accreditationsUpdate vendors on deal statusesEvent and Brand Management:Attend distributor and vendor events to maintain brand visibilityEncourage customers to leave reviews for case studies and referencesBid Management:Oversee the logistics of bids to ensure timely completion by relevant partiesData Management:Assist with data management for BDM prospecting
