Senior Project Manager

My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on a £30m new build commercial development in Southampton.

The successful candidate will be coming in at PSCA stage, overseeing enabling works before main construction works on site. My client has a proven track record in the commercial sector, delivering high-end projects nationally for prestigious clients.

You will be expected to:

• Manage the delivery of the project from PCSA, sub-contractor procurement and construction phase, through to PC and handover.
• Manage your team resources, overseeing commercial, design and production.
• Demonstrate knowledge and practical application of health & safety on site.
• Liaise with the end client, ensuring they are kept up to speed on the progress of works.
• Prepare and modify where necessary project plans and keep them updated over the course of the project.

To be considered, your CV must demonstrate a track record of delivering similar sized commercial projects as the number one on site. You will be reporting to a visiting Operations Director.

This role is being offered on a permanent basis with a leading main contractor, paying up to £105k + Package.
