Quantity Surveyor - Facade/Cladding - Hampshire
The Company
* My client are a well-established Leading Façade Contractor, who have experienced steady growth over the past 10+ years.
* Projects ranging from £2m-20m.
* My client are a strong investor in their staff and have a low staff turnover.
* The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation.
* HQ based in Hampshire
The Role - Senior Quantity Surveyor
My client are looking to grow their commercial team, with the appointment of x2 Quantity Surveyors.
You will need to live in a commutable distance to office and will be visiting sites.
* Monitor and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flows, ensuring accurate financial reporting
* Maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss project financial status and address any concerns.
* Prepare and present financial reports
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Salary - £60,000 - £75,000
