Remote Role
Our client provides formwork solutions to the construction industry.
Since our formation in May 2009, we have been focused on providing equal measures of service, design and good quality new and used formwork, for projects of all shapes and sizes, for contractors of all types and disciplines. Meeting timescales, at reasonable notice, as our priority whilst allowing you to achieve great concrete results time after time.
We are committed to becoming the most trusted supplier of formwork solutions in the UK and in selected markets. We can offer national coverage backed up by extensive training and on-going technical support.
Position Summary
As Field Sales Representative, your focus will be developing profitable new and existing business in the assigned territory. The role is 75% field based and your key responsibilities will include:
* · Maximise company turnover in your area
* · Regular cold calling and project searching
* · Build and maintain customer’s relationships
* · Regular face to face meetings
* · Explaining/interpreting & providing customers solutions that maximise results
* · Communicating effectively internally. You will be required to meet sales targets and show a desire to learn and grow with the company.
Who are we looking for?
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience to hit the ground running:
* · Minimum 1 year’s sales experience and able to demonstrate a successful track record of sales within the construction industry
* · Full clean UK driving licence
* · Pro-active with a can-do attitude
* · First class communicator
* · Confident, with gravitas and impact

THE BELOW EQUATES TO 1 MILLION IN SALES PER ANNUM WHICH IS WHAT A FORMWORK SALESMAN NEEDS TO DO LONG TERM IN AN AREA ROLE

BASIC £40,000.00 BASED ON OWN SALES OF *£52,500PURE HIRES PER MONTH *=target with breathing room
